Whole Wheat Banana Pecan Pancakes | Food With Love
You are what you eat and today I want to share with you how I eat my pancakes when I do. Now I don’t eat pancakes all the time and if I do I usually have a very active day where I will burn off the carbs consumed in this meal, say explore an old rock quarry or mountain. If that’s not the case I still eat them and adjust accordingly. Remember food is not meant to control you and should never be that, everything in moderation cooked and prepared with love and you won’t go wrong is my motto.

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup almond milk

I hope you enjoy and remember that when you eat a heavy carb meal to be sure that you
are being active in burning the carbs that you consume off. Remember that when you eat you are providing your body the nourishment it needs to move through the day. If you don’t plan on moving so much then adjust your food consumption accordingly.
